MAX Assignment No. 7
    The objective of this assignment is thus

    1) To develop a Max/Msp Tuner for acoustic instrument sources.

      The patcher should be able to:
      • be able to list the pitch played as well as the deviation from the equal tempered pitch in cents (based on the American Standard of A=440Hz).
      • play a desired tuning pitch

    Though you should no longer need a shopping list, here are a few new Max/Msp objects with which you should be familiar (but, as is always true in "Max-land" there are numerous other ways).

    BONUS: Choose additional tuning systems such as mean tone, just and perhaps other equal temperment divisions to the octave.
